Cookies and tracking
This website itself sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or behavioral tracking scripts. No profile is built about you. Nothing about your visit is sold or shared for marketing purposes.
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set a strictly necessary security cookie (__cf_bm) if bot-management protection is active on this site. That cookie exists to distinguish human visitors from automated traffic, is not used for advertising, contains no data we can read and expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. Under UK/EU ePrivacy rules, strictly necessary cookies of this kind do not require consent, only disclosure, which is what this paragraph provides.
Information you provide
If you use the contact form, you submit your name, email address and, optionally, your company and a message. These are used solely to respond to your inquiry and to discuss a possible advisory engagement.
Legal basis (UK/EU GDPR): Article 6(1)(b), steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract. Also Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider processes standard server and security logs, which include your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These logs exist to deliver the site and to protect it from abuse.

Service providers who process data
We use a small number of third parties. Each processes data only as needed for the function described:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting and delivery. Processes server logs and IP addresses.
- Formspree, Inc. — contact form processing. Receives and relays the information you submit through the form.
- Calendly LLC — meeting scheduling. Engaged only if you choose to click the scheduling link, at which point Calendly's own privacy policy applies.
Typefaces used on this site are hosted on our own domain rather than loaded from a third party, so no font-related data is sent to any outside service.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
International transfers
We are based in the United States. The providers above process data in the United States. If you are in the UK, EEA or Switzerland, your information will be transferred outside your jurisdiction. Where required, such transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard operated by the provider concerned.
Retention
Inquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond and to maintain reasonable business records. They are deleted on request unless we are required to keep them. Server logs are retained on the short cycle set by our hosting provider.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable form and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. California residents have equivalent rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.
